Lady Alamo is an accessories brand based and manufactured in San Francisco. Since 2011, we have been on a mission to bring joy to people’s everyday lives with original prints & vibrant colors.
In 2011 wife & husband team Yiva & Bryce began printing and sewing bags out of their tiny apartment in San Francisco’s Alamo Square neighborhood, home of the Painted Ladies
(Alamo Square + Painted Ladies = Lady Alamo).
Having since moved into the City’s Mission District, the commitment to producing locally and finding happiness through design remains.
At Lady Alamo we strive to create everyday items that bring joy with each use. Focusing on natural materials, versatility and of course color, we’ve created a variety of Zipper Pouches, Backpacks and Reversible bags that you will want to show off every chance you get.

Do you ship worldwide?
Yes. We provide free shipping to over 200 countries around the world. However, there are some locations we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be located in one of those countries we will contact you.
What about customs?
We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have been shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive to your country.

Do you provide tracking information?
Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contains your tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking info within 5 days, please contact us.
My tracking says “no information available at the moment”.
For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.
Will my items be sent in one package?
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping.

RETURNS
Order cancellation
All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.
Refunds
Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. Therefore, you can request a refund or reshipment for ordered products if:
- If you did not receive the product within the guaranteed time (45 days not including 1-3 day processing) you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you received the wrong item you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you do not want the product you’ve received you may request a refund but you must return the item at your expense and the item must be unused.
We do not issue the refund if:
- Your order did not arrive due to factors within your control (i.e. providing the wrong shipping address)
- Your order did not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside the control of grabbyprice.com (i.e. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster).

I’ve been getting a lot of compliments on this bag and now everyone is asking where I got this. This crossbody is highly adjustable with two pockets on the outside and on the inside perfect for putting your wallet or phone. Closes tightly with zipper lock, which I never had any troubles with. The fabric on the outside is solid cotton and inside it’s nylon or something of the kind. Overall I’m really happy with my purchase. Everything was like in the pictures and it got delivered within a few days.
I’ve never had any issues with this bag. It washed really well without bleeding color or fading. I accidentally put it on the dirty floor, tossed it in my washing machine and it came out just fine. The cloth strap doesn’t wear out and it is adjustable, so you can move it up or down quite a lot. I’m really happy with this purchase, since it can be tough to find a simple cloth bag that doesn’t look cheap and stays in prime condition for a white. Good, would love to have more bags like that with different patterns!

Great bag for everyday use. Not too big, but still enough to put all your essentials in. Come with an adjustable strap, which is fantastic, since I like my straps to be quite long. It closes with a zipper, which is sturdy - I opened and closed it many times and had no issue, the slider works fine and the little metal thingies (teeth I think??) mesh just fine. The cotton on the outside is high quality - I’ve had this for a couple of months now and there are no holes, pills or fraying anywhere to be seen. The stitching is even and there are no loose threads on this bag. This is everything I wanted and more! Thank you Lady Alamo!
